Q: Do you have decaf coffee?

Q: Do you have flavored coffee?
A: We offer several choices of flavored coffee; examples include Hazelnut, French Vanilla and Jamaican Me Crazy. Check out the variety of brews here.

Q: Do you have whole bean coffee?
A: Desert Edge offers an extensive range of whole bean coffees, ranging from our fine hotel and restaurant blend all the way to our unique, top of the line gourmet coffee house blend.

Q: Do you have a variety of coffees and roasts in pre-measured bags?
A: Take your pick! We carry an exciting variety of roasts from a lightly roasted full city to a darker roasted French roast. Our pre-measured bags are designed with your needs in mind and come in a variety of sizes.

The Equipment Behind that Perfect Cup

Q: Do you have automatic coffee brewers?
A: Desert Edge’s state-of-the-art, automatic coffee brewers are ready for immediate installation. If your water source is available near the brewer location, we can typically make the water connection for you. To ensure the purest water quality for your brewing process, consider investing in one of Desert Edge’s quality water filtration systems.

Q: Do you have airpots? Why do I need them if I have a warmer on the coffee brewing equipment?
A: Yes! Desert Edge offers a variety of coffee brewers which brew directly into thermal carafes, including airpots. Did you know that heat ‘kills’ coffee in about 20 minutes' time? No coffee should be stored on the brewer burners. Airpots/thermal carafes are key to the enjoyment of the premium coffee experience.

Q: Do you have brewers with greater capacity to brew 20+ cups?
A: We offer equipment which allows you to brew anywhere from 20 to 50 cups of coffee at one time. This high-capacity equipment has both greater capacity and greater recovery time, which means everybody has coffee when they need it. Please keep in mind that these larger brewers may require special electrical accommodations or more space than a conventional brewer. For more information, contact us.

Q: Do you exchange the pots?
A: Desert Edge customizes your delivery schedule based on your needs. We will clean the brewer and all pots during every visit. This on-site visit includes preventative maintenance, which may include pot replacement.

Q: What if our machine does not work?
A: Contact us immediately. We will send an immediate dispatch to our service technician, and in most cases your equipment will be as new in four hours or less.

Q: Can you meet additional product needs for my company?
A: Look to Desert Edge’s exceptional selection of Allied Products to take care of all your condiment and paper product needs.

Q: Is there a monthly minimum?
A: We design a custom beverage service program to meet your needs. Our goal is to determine the optimal monthly supply, which means no monthly minimums to you.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: Good news: a signed contract is not required. We install, clean and maintain the equipment if you agree to buy your coffee and related supplies from us. It's that simple.
